Sign-up Form - February Food Boxes

PTO free food delivery is available for Greenfield School families. Please fill out the form below if you would like a food delivery. Families will be emailed through our website link after the food is dropped off at their homes. Please check your spam folder to make sure you receive our website emails. Spots are limited and are filled first come, first served.  Discretion is used for forms and deliveries. We will deliver the boxes on Wednesday, February 26th.
